DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the status of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date and provide a link to track your order.

You can also track the status of your order via the “track your order” section on our website.

Our goal is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We fulfill your order within 48 to 72 hours. We only ship from our warehouses Monday through Friday. This means that orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. So don't panic if you don't receive a shipping confirmation over the weekend! The postal services will take care of your package, and delivery can take between 5 and 12 business days.

If this delivery time is not exceeded, there is no need to panic. Your order is simply on its way!

Description If you are not present when the package is delivered, the delivery person will, if possible, leave it in your mailbox. If that is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office.

If you have made an input error when confirming your order, please contact us immediately. We can adjust your details before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to make these changes.

We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. To make changes to your order, please contact our support team by email at: info.mdamarketing@gmail.com

PAYMENT

We accept secure payments for both local and international customers via credit card or debit card.

When you make a purchase on our website using your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.

A two-year warranty period for all products.

The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and any other defects that occur during normal use of our products. This does not apply if the product has been used abnormally by the consumer.

Also excluded from the warranty:

- Modifications made to the product.

First, send us an email at: info.mdamarketing@gmail.com. We will ask you to send us visual evidence to mark and demonstrate the defect. We will then ask you to return the item with your order number and the reason for the return. Upon receipt, we will immediately email you a new product.

RETURN

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

- The item must have been purchased from our online store: oraluxx.com

- The request for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery

- The item must still be in its original packaging

We do accept exchanges, and the same conditions apply as for returns. To request an exchange, you must indicate that you want to exchange your item for another item when you prepare your return shipment with our support team.
